The FSMC is organized to represent four geographic regions of the Fraser River freshwater and marine ecosystems: Upper Fraser, Mid Fraser, Lower Fraser, and Marine Approach.

Eighty-one (81) Fraser First Nations are signatories to the Fraser Salmon CMA and are members of the FSMC.
